how long does it take organic carrot juice to expire?!

Question: How long does it take organic carrot juice to expire?
I have a bottle of organic carrot juice (brand is lakewood)
the ingredients are 99% organic carrot and 1% organic lemon juice
its been open for a little under a week in my fridge and seems fine, however it has no expiry date on the bottle. How long does this type of juice typically last?

It's at the end of its life. Drink it or drain it!

The real organic carrot juice is the freshly squeezed one, and it does not last more than 24 hours in the fridge. Carrot juice is very unstable, and its taste changes fast.
If you don't have an expiry date, it means it's not really organic, and have preservatives in it. The carrots could have been organic, but not the juice, which is preserved in some unknown ways. So you can still drink it if the taste did not change, but there would not be nutrients in it.
