Omgomg ate a chocolate cake and coffee!?!
omgg okay so today i ate a apple banana and nuts
and then after school i wanted sugar for once in like SO long so i bought a small chocolate cake and a coffie
will i get fat now!!!!?!? im so scared, i weigh 47 kg and im 14 and 160 cm, =(
i dont think im going to eat dinner because of the chocolate cake ahh i shouldnt of ate it ! will i be fat in the morning lol!?!!?!!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat dinner!. You definitely want to get some healthy food in you today!. You're going to be fine!. Calm down!. Just don't make a daily habit of stopping for chocolate cake!.
By the way, you're a bit underweight!. This is pretty bad for a 14-year-old, as you're going to be growing and if you're not getting enough nutrients, you could have some serious problems!.
There is absolutely no way to get "fat" overnight!.
Keep your dinner light (salad, stir-fry, some vegetable and bean soup!.!.!. along those lines) and eat something with lots of fiber for breakfast tomorrow!. If you keep your fiber intake high throughout the day, you'll be able to maintain a healthy weight much more easily!. Be sure you get fresh fruits and veggies and protein as well!Www@FoodAQ@Com
