Have you tried this steak from marks & spencers?!
Answers:
I was in there today and saw it for £10 something!
You get two piddly little steaks and some pepper sauce as well as the peppery coating!.
I love M&S, i used to work there on the food section and developed a taste for all their yummy food!.
However I would say that buying any of the meat products is just a waste of money as you could get the same quality from a butcher as well as getting more for your money!.
You could also easily crush up some peppercorns and chop some parsley for the coating!.
Don't get me wrong, for things like ready meals, cakes, and other recipe type items that can't be beat on taste, I think it's a waste of money to buy things like meat, veg, toiletries from them as you get exactly the same but cheaper elsewhere :-)

I havn't bought one from M&S, but I think Tesco has a similar selection of "matured 21 days" beef selection!. On average I spent around £8 for 2 large pieces of steak, and it's not half bad!.
Quality of the steak is great, so you don't really have to do a lot of "cooking" for it, I got some great recipe ideas from UKTV, you can check them out!. http://uktv!.co!.uk/food/homepage/sid/6683Www@FoodAQ@Com
