Real coffee- freshly ground of the best beans I can find or afford at the moment- Jamaican Blue Mountain is a treat, Trader Joe's Bay Blend is a great daily pick!. beans grinded just before brewing in my old Krups grinder, and brewed in my old Mr!. Coffee pot- on the strong side, and then add 2 packets splenda and a big splash of fat free half and half ( its a big cup- maybe 20 ounces!.!.)
