You don't want to freeze potatoes without first preparing them for the oven or stove top!.
Potatoes will keep for quite some time if they are stored in a cool dry dark place!.

Potatoes just dont freeze well, their texture really changes!. I buy them as I need them!. Dont buy them just cause there is a sale, eight 10 lb bags is enough to feed an army! Just buy what u need!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
