Junk food: PASTA? WAFFLES?!


Question: Junk food: PASTA!? WAFFLES!?
Is homemade pasta considered a junk food!?
If not what about Pasta Roni!?
an i think mac and cheese is a junk food but if its homemade is it!?
XD any ideas about waffles since i know pancake is probably a junk food thats all thanx ^^ oh and i want to know if u know for sure kinda ^^
or does it count on what u put on it and if u know i would luv examples ^^ thanx i did try looking these myself wasn't that helpful XDWww@FoodAQ@Com

Pasta is NOT junk food!. Pasta is healthy for you, or so I think!. I consider popcorn, Slim Jim's, beef jerky, ice cream, Hot Pockets, chips -n dip, candy are all junk food!. How are pancakes a junk food!? It is, if you cover it with maple syrup or something, but if you eat it alone or just pour a little, then you're all right!.

You're suspicions are correct - they are all junk food!.
White flour, sugars and fats taste just wonderful, don't they!?
But anything manufactured with those ingredients and anything put on them is crap!
