What time are we supposed to eat dinner?!

It really depends on what time you get up, eat breakfast and go to bed!. For example, I eat breakfast around 6:30 so I need to eat a morning snack at 9:30, lunch at 12:30, afternoon snack at 3:30 and dinner around 6:30!. The best dieticians say that you should eat something every three hours in order to maintain your optimal weight!.
Another way to look at it is to eat when you are hungry and never eat right before bed so if you hit the sack around 10:00 pm you should eat around seven or so!. Everyone is different and what works for some doesn't work for others!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I serve dinner sometime around noon and supper around dark!. It is cooked when I get around to making it!.
There are no hard and fast rules on any meal time!. It is up to the cook as to what time it happens and whether you live in Scotland, the Old South or the Southwest as to what it is called, there it is almost always supper for the evening meal and to the rest of the world it is maybe dinner!.

It depends where you live!. It's unusual to have breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, tea and supper all in one day but not impossible!.

I don't know about you, but in my house, lunch is served between 11:30 and 1:00!.!.!.whenever folks are hungry!. Dinner is typically on the table between 5:30 and 6:00!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
