You should drink about 5-8 glasses of water a day!. Hydration is healthy for skin and mental health!.
If you are concerned about health and weight I'd suggest eating less meat and more vegetables!. Eating lots of small meals of veggies and fruits is quite a bit healthier then three large meals comprised of mostly meat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
