When your hungry, what does it mean!?
Does it mean you've burnt all the calories you've consumed!?
Does it mean you've digested everything you ate!?
Does it mean your starting to loose weight now that your burning without having a full stomach!?
I think for anyone to truly understand how they are loosing weight, they need to know what hunger means and how much you really need to give in to it!. So back to my original question,

When your body is not just craving special food but you are really hungry!.!. then your body is telling you that input and output are not in the balance and that you need to eat!.!. Meaning don't go to the fridge and go for all the cream cakes but eat a light snack!. Your body has burned more calories and needs to be refueled !.!. same as cars don['t run without ''fuel'' if you don't eat at all and ignore genuine hunger which is different from ''craving certain food, your energy level will drop and you won't be able to perform as well!. Our body needs a certain amount of calories every day and all depends on how much we work out!.!. how much we are sedentary!.!. meaning sitting just down and work in a sitting position but if we exercise a lot we do need more ''fuel'' than a person who just works in an office and at the computer all day and without exercise!. Input and output have to be right!.!. when we sweat we burn calories, when we exercise we burn calories!.!.!. they have to be replaced!.!. in order to lose weight we keep on a healthy diet!.!. of approx!. 1500 cals per day!.!. if we want to lose weight and exercise!.!. if we want to keep our normal body weight and we work out we can eat more!.!. If the body really cries for food!.!. any kind of food!.!. then your body needs a basic need to be met!.!.and won['t be satisfied until that need is being met!. So you need to eat something!.!. not a large amount but enough to give the body new energy!. Our basic needs always come first if we ignore them we cannot concentrate on higher needs we have in life!.!. The basic needs of every human being are food, water, rest, oxygen and shelter!. If we are deprived of any single one of those!.!. we will after a while when going without food only be able to think about food or if we have no water we will think about water!. A person whose body doesn't get enough oxygen will crave the extra oxygen and a person without sufficient sleep will be utterly worn out and without shelter in the cold and out in the streets we run the risk of dying!. Those people on a serious diet they weigh the amount of food!.!. they follow a rigid diet!.!.but never ever also when on a serious diet are you supposed to feel hungry so that you cannot sleep!. If you lust for the ice cream in the fridge that is not hunger, that is craving!.!.!. but if your stomach is protesting and is empty!.!. that means eat a banana or eat something light!.!. your body needs that!.!.!.and you won't put on weight if you go on a too rigid diet where you ignore real hunger pangs that keep you awake then you are going too far with your dieting and run the risk of developing anorexia!.!. xxWww@FoodAQ@Com
When you are hungry it means that you have burnt all the calories you've consumed!.All because the body needs a certain amount of calories to run on in order to feel good and not want to eat!.So when your hungry you have burnt all your calories either due to exercise or weight loss!.So remember to eat when your hungry to keep your body going!.
