An expiration date only tells you what the company GUARANTEES the freshness!. Of course the butter could stay fresh much longer than the expiration date!.
When you buy a chair and it has a one year guarantee, it can work for ten more years! And it's the same thing with expiration days!.!.!. haha not years!.
