I would say nuts to make there be a little crunch in the ice cream!. And to add depth to the flavor of the nuts, like almonds or peanuts, toast them and then add them!.!.!. adds even more of a crunch!. Cherries are delicious, but it really does not add much to the ice cream!.!.!. with nuts you will have the soft creaminess of the ice cream then the crunch and flavor from the nuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
