i love cheerios but it says it lowers cholesterol dont you need cholesterol unless the doctor says you need to lower it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Of coarse!. It's not medicine, IT'S FREAKIN CEREAL! haha well yeah they wouldn't make the cereal so you couldn't eat it!. They only say that on their commercials to get more people to buy it, but it actually hardly even lowers your cholesterol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
