eat 'paranthas' its an Indian dish!.!. this is how you make it:
First you need to take some flour and add water!.!.!. then knead the dough you've made!.!. After that you need to mash some potatoes and add coriander, salt and red chilly powder (if you want) Now you need to made a small ball out of the dough and then roll it a bit!.!. After that put the mashed potatoes in the center or the rolled out dough and then close the dough by bringing up the dough and pinching it !.!. It will now form a raindrop shape!.!.!.
After all this you now need to roll it out (remember !.!. keep dipping it in flour so that it does not stick to the rolling pin or the base!) There might be some pieces of potatoes being seen but don't make them too much visible!!
After all this you need to turn on the gas and put a pan on it!.!.
Now put the parantha on the pan!.!.!. Keep flipping it till it has little brownish patches!.!.!.!.This will be your first one I guess!.!. Maybe it will be a little difficult for you!.!. if it is then see some parantha recipes on the net!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
