I'm on a diet but a cheese lover?!

Question: I'm on a diet but a cheese lover!?
I'm on a diet just to limit my calories and fat intake (I'm not "fat" but trying to tone my problem areas)!. Anyways, I haven't had a problem cutting out sweets and Chinese Food, but my problem has been with Cheese!.

Does anyone have any suggestions for dishes where I can meet my cheese craving, but not go overboard!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
