I'm not much of a dessert fan, but Pumpkin cheese cake is so darn good!. I don't even really like pumpkin pie either!.!.!. but the cheese cake is to die for and super easy to make!.
I made this for my husband because he wanted pumpkin pie and I wanted cheese cake!.!.!. it's so great!.!.!. i could eat it everyday for th rest of my life and it kinda goes with stew!. Cos stew reminds me of the fall!.
2 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 HONEY MAID Honey Graham Pie Crust (6 oz!. or 9 inch)
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (or heavy cream to make own whipped cream)
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended!. Add eggs; beat just until blended!.
2!. Pour into crust!.
3!. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set!. Cool!. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight!. Top with whipped topping just before serving!. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What I love to do is : cut a banana in slices!. Melt a little butter in a pan!. Cook the bananas a little, then add some maple syrup!. Serve this on ice cream!. It's quick to do and amazing! ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com
