Question: What something new to eat for breakfast!?

Try Quaker oatmeal bars!. They're grab-n-go, but they have all the wonderful nutrition of a bowl of oatmeal!.

Yogurt!.!.!.!. you could even sip it through a straw in the car!.

Or make a smoothie!. The day you do your grocery shopping, buy extra fruit (strawberries, oranges, banannas, etc!.)!. Wash and cut them that same evening and put them away in tupperware containers!. You could freeze the berries and refrigerate the other fruit!. Then, wake up 5 minutes earlier in the mornings (or get your clothes together the night before to save time in the morning) and make a smoothie!. Use plain or vanilla FF yogurt, orange juice, and the fruit!. Drink it on the way to work!. It'll only take like a minute to make!.

Make sure you get enough fiber in the morning so you don't get hungry until lunch!. You could even put some Metamucil in your smoothie!. Oatmeal is loaded with fiber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about some smoothies!? It doesn't take that long to make- you can take it with you if you're in a hurry!. Plus, it's good for you!.

1 large ripe banana
1 cup milk
1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash ground cinnamon, optional

Directions:
Place the first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth!. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon if desired!. Serve immediately!. Yield: 2 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why don't you try a homemade trail mix type thing!.!.!.You can make enough for a week and it stores really well!. Throw together some nuts( I like smoked almonds), dried cranberries, raisins, apricots, wheat germ, brown sugar, cinnamon, the list is endless!. Try looking in the baking aisle for some other ingredients!. In the a!.m!. grab a prepacked baggie of it and a Gogurt(delicious and my child can eat them without making a mess)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like to have a waffle in the morning!.!.!.!.eggo classic ones are good, but the pillsbury ones are great too they have like a slight vanilla taste to them!. it may not seem like it but it really is fast just stick it in the toaster and then i eat it like a piece of toast and put some butter on it!. it's super good! you should really try it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they have frozen burritos for a dollar at the store takes like 2-3 minutes
