Will drinking coffee effect your skin, complexion? I drink 2 cups a day sometimes 3 if my 3 year old is being?!

It could if you aren't drinking lots of water too!. Coffee dehyrates you!. Other than that I don't think 2 cups is really bad at all!.

I never heard of coffee making any difference on skin!.
Oily foods might!.
Maybe if you used a lot of sugar and/or non-dairy creamers that might have a lot of oil!.
Or it might just be nerves, hormones, or somethings else!.
I have had a lot of skin problems over the years and I never heard a dermatologist make any mention of coffee having anything to do with it!.
Caffeine is a diuretic (makes you loose fluid), but it seems like it would have to be awfully excessive for it to show in your skin!. Besides, it doesn't really make any sense because coffee is mostly water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes-caffeine lowers ur oxygen in ur blood & body which causes yellow hints/bigger pores/larger fat cells etccc!. it can also make dry patches/thinner hair/fragile nails etcc!. but like u-i cant live w/out it -dr!.pepper too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
