I found 3 peices of bone in a can of tuna... is that grounds for a lawsuit against the company??!

Question: I found 3 peices of bone in a can of tuna!.!.!. is that grounds for a lawsuit against the company!?!?
What would be the probability of me winning the case if I just picked them out of my mouth rather than if I had choked or something on them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Usually some form of loss has to be sustained before you can bring a claim in court - otherwise there is nothing to compensate you for!. If you are alive and uninjured it's unlikely you could sue!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it were me, i'd call the 1-800 no!. on the can and talk to them!. If they didn't say anything that made me feel like they were apologetic, i'd call an attorney and see if they think you have a case!. Most will listen to your story without charge!.
I had to call Kingsford because i found some nails in my charcoal!.!.!.!.!.after i started the fire!. They were very apologetic, and offered to give me 2 free bags of charcoal!. I took it!.

I think if they are not human bones or anything like that you have no case!. Secondly, if you personally have not sustained any damage or loss because of it I do not think you will even have a case!.!. yet alone find an attorney tht will fight the case & represent you in this battle!. A jury will award decide on how much to award you if you win, and that amount is based on your damages!. You may win the case and recieve a $1!.00 award since there is no damages hence no lawyer will take this case!.
This is my opinion for what its worth!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why do people always jump straight to suing someone!?
Is it easier for your to catch, gut, debone and pack your own tuna, or is it helpful having a company do it for you!?
Did you choke on the bones!?
If not, I would suggest writing a letter and maybe take a picture and just ask for a new can or whatever they're willing to offer you!. Why all the hassle!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

no!. Just a refund!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tuna is fish there is some instances where you would find bones in a fish can so give it up on the law suits you should be happy you didnt choke let me guess you are american right you people are lawsuit crazy lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

Fish bones are common in canned tuna and salmon, so I doubt a lawsuit would fly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no lawsuit!.!.unless of course they aren't fish bones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

throw it away!. Were you injured!? Don't be a wanker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
