Foods that naturally give you the runs?!


Question: Foods that naturally give you the runs!?
No nasty foods or chemicals, I mean stuff you have eaten, regular foods, that made you run to the bathroom later!. And no rotten foods!. I'm just curious and doing a paper on foods humans shouldn't eat!. So it got my mind rolling on a funny question to ask yahoo'ers!.

Like for instance, whenever my friend eats hot cheetos, she gets the sh!ts!.
And whenever I eat mangos, well you know!.!.!.

So what kind of foods do you recommend the next business meeting not serve, lol, I mean any bad stories!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I really don't think there are too many bad foods!.!.!.!.
Just stick with anything that has fiber in it, because I swear!.!.!. the more fiber intake, the more healthier, solid turd!!

However, I have notice that high amounts of Vodka intake creates what I like to call "party mud" the next day!.!.!.

I get this quite often because I love Vodka!.!.!.

also, I sometimes take this pill called "ALLI"

It makes all the fattening things u eat pass thru your cells and come out your rear end creating orangey-oily $hits!!!

Hence the term "ALLI-oops!!"

Do not take this pill before your next business meeting!.

Unless u have a compulsive eating disorder (like me) and cannot control your urges to stuff large amounts of fatty foods down your throat!.!.!.!. Yes, I have a problem, but I would rather be a raging alcoholic/foodaholic than, say, a murderer!.!.!.!.

And I would definately kill ppl if I could not take out my rage on booze and food!.

Apparently prunes and apricots!.

But theyre not stuff people shouldnt eat, people eat those to go to the toilet instead of drugs!.

Sudden increase in fiber can do that so it should be done gradually!.

Some people go after spicy curries!.

Or some people are dairy and wheat intolerant so do that!.

Especially if they have IBS!.

There is a cereal, I think its called crackled oat bran or something like that!. Anyways, it is really good, it tastes like a granola bar!.!.!.!.!.but it will just run right through you!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
