Salad dilemma!!?!
Ok, I work at a burger joint, and I'm getting sick (and tubby) from eating burgers every single day!.
I've decided to take a salad & fruit cup or something healthier to lunch!.
Here's the problem: The only veggies I actually enjoy eating are lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and corn!.
I LOVE fruit, but when I try to mix it w/ the lettuce and stuff, it ends up tasting funky, especially when I put Italian dressing on it (It's the only kind I like!.)
The question: How can I make a good salad with fruits in it!? And what salad dressing would be good with fruit/lettuce!?
Or, any other suggestions for cheap, easy, refrigeratable lunches!. (Can't do microwaves!.!.!.it sucks I know!.)

I like salad with out dressing, the fruit will act as a natural dressing if you cut it open!
Strawberries on salad is really good, so are halved grapes, and kiwi! Try squeezing lemon on your salad instead of dressing, yum yum yum! It's got the tartness of the italian you like but the flavor of fruit!.
also try addding some nuts to your salad, the healthy fat and protien will help you stay full longer and away from french fry cravings!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You really need to add some protein to your diet!. Protein will help your muscles!. There are some simple things that you can do that will help you out!.
If you love salads, make one, add some cut up chicken breast or tuna!. If you have to have fruit in it, add some mandarin oranges and use an Asian style salad dressing!. There are spritz spray dressings now and they are awesome for cutting calories in sugars and fats!.
Drink more water, cut out sodas and do some form of additional physical activity!. Do stuff like part farther out so you will have to walk farther, things like that!. I agree!.!.!. just make a salad and than Make a Fruit salad for desert!.!.!.!. Strawberry,Orange,Bannana,Apple,Other berries Or any other fruit that you like, And once inwhile to put a LITTLE Whipped cream (if you like) on top of the fruit salad just to change it up a bit!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
