There's no protein in there, that's not acceptable for a person who is growing!. You are growing, your bones are still growing, everything else is too!. If you starve yourself with eating fruit all day you're going to be more likely to binge on things you won't want in your body like junk!.
Start off with a protein breakfast and that will give you energy for hours!. I don't know what your body type is our how heavy you are or how heavy you think you are!. Starvation however is not the answer!. Why!? Because when you take in too few calories, well below what your body needs to function, your metabolism thinks it won't get fed any time soon so it slows down, which means you're storing more, rather than burning!.
So eat well balanced-quality source of protein- whether it be eggs or meat or meat alternatives!.
Snack on some carrots and cashews or sunflower seeds, or apple and cheese!. 3 or 4 carrots by themselves is not going to tide you over for what you need for mental energy during the day either!. (Your brain needs protein to function too)!.
If you're concerned about calories, because you do have some weight to lose, choose exercise!. Go biking/walking a few times a week!. Go for a hike on the weekends!. Stay active every day!.
That is critical yes, but it's not about being mean!.
Every kid is self conscious about their body image!. Just don't make unhealthy choices (like your meal plan above) because of it!. If you have serious weight to lose, talk to your gym teacher or doctor about an exercise plan!. And look at your food pyramid about how many servings of what you need each day to keep healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will make you thinner if the calories in these items are less than the calories you expend in your daily activities!. However, this is not a balanced diet!.

There's not enough protein to avoid muscle loss, which will cause you to lose weight but not lose fat, which presumably is what you want to do!.

also, be careful of fruit juice, which can be high in sugar even if it is 100% juice and high in calories!. If you drink fruit juice make sure it is packed with nutrients!. OJ is a good choice!. It also has fiber to help offset the carbs and keep your digestive system going!.

A better diet would be low-fat protein like egg whites and whole wheat toast for breakfast with OJ, fruit for snacks, a lowfat protein for lunch (baked turkey or chicken breast, non-fat cheese, or tuna in water, with whole wheat crackers or bread and those carrots) a snack of fruit or veggies, and a sensible dinner!. Keep it under 1000 kcal and you'll lose weight with exercise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is a proper meal plan that will help you lose weight also make sure you consume 8 - 8oz glasses of water daily
carry a water bottle with you where ever you go

also 1hr of physical activity is requierd to help with weight lossWww@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds like a good plan overall, but no, it won't help you lose weight unless you exercise as well!. The body will lose for awhile, but eventually, when the water weight is gone, it will go into "starvation mode" and you'll be on a plateau forever!.

Some tips!.!.!.watch the fruit juices, many contain a ton of sugar!. And, you are missing out on proteins, complex carbohydrates and such!. Fruit and veggies are good, but it is not a balanced diet at all!.

By the way, science has proven that a meal that has protein in it (significant amount) lets the body feel "fuller" for a longer period, necessary if you really want to lose weight!.

Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Someone has already said this, but this will give you diarrhea!. Two other things: It's too few calories, but let me explain!. Obviously, if you eat fewer calories than you burn in a day you will end up losing weight; however, if you cut those calories to such a low #, you're body "thinks it's starving" and tries to compensate by slowing your metabolism to a snail's pace! Thus your body will store a huge percentage of what you eat per day!. To find out a "safe" number of calories you can cut per day, you'll need to find out how many calories you burn per day in an immobile state, then you can see how many you can cut without seriously slowing your metabolism!. To do that, look it up in an anatomy/health/biology textbook, or find it on the net (it will be very simple math)!. also, you need some protein, otherwise your body will start breaking down its own muscles (which, remember, includes your heart)!. You also need some complex carbohydrates (like potatoes) - a legitimate website can explain this stuff to you!. I'm a 25 y/\o female, and have done it all for weight loss, and if you don't do it safely, your get serious medical problems (usually the first is not being able to stay awake)!. Once you get a scientific basis of how your body works, you'll be fine and lose weight/stay thin :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit juices have a ton of sugar and calories!. The other things you have listed are healthy but not enough food for an entire day!. Weight watchers is a really good program!. I never joined, I just had someone buy me a "points calculator!." They are 10$!. If you have that you can do the program w/o the support group!. If you are less than 150 pounds (and for some reason I feel that you are) you should eat 18-23 points per day!. If you eat less than 18, you will NOT lose weight because your metabolism will suck!. Good Luck to you & don't forget to do a little cardio!. (not too much tho!) If you burn 3500 calories per week, you will lose one pound per week!. If you are less than 150, that is perfectly healthy!. Usually when you lose weight quickly it comes back quickly as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to add some veggies in there!.

That diet plan will give you diarrhea!.

As for getting thin, you know that this is unhealthy and maybe that is what you want to hear!. Getting thin works off the basic theory that you burn more than you eat!. So will you get thin - Yes!. If this is all you eat for months and you work out everyday, you will get thin!. You will lose all of your muscle mass, your face will probably get ugly and the minute you try to have a regular meal, you will gain weight!.

You will also screw your metabolism up, so I hope you are prepared to eat this the rest of your life - because once you botch your metabolism, you will struggle to maintain your weight!.

If you want to lose weight, eat six BALANCED meals!. Check your calories, shoot for maybe 1500!. Workout !.!. and voila! You will be thin!. (And smart)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That doesn't sound like enough calories!. You need more protein, for sure, and definitely calcium!.
You can make yourself sick, cause nutrient deficiencies and mess up your metabolism if you starve yourself!.
Shoot for 1200 calories a day for an average female!. Get fiber from whole grains, fuits and veggies, protein and calcium each and every day and you will lose weight!.
Take care of yourself!. There're more to being healthy than just being skinny!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, it's not a good idea!. You're not eating enough!. There's no protein or vegetables in your diet!. These are what you need to lose weight and keep you full!. Fruit juices have too many sugar in it!. Unless you want to juice your own fruits, don't drink them!. Fruit also has sugar, so eat them in moderation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it will make you thinner - HOWEVER, when you start wating "normal" food again, you will start to put the weight back on!. It is a temp!. fix!. also, please keep in mind, fruit juices are not the best weight lose secret, they contain a great deal of sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's a bad idea!. Not having enough calories in your diet will cause harm to your body!. I suggest consulting either your doctor or a nutritionist for a balanced meal plan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will make you loose weight, but it is also not balanced enough to sustain you!.
What you want is a balanced diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No your body will think you are starving it so any fat you do eat it will storeWww@FoodAQ@Com

It sound like you might have an answer for yourself already!. But I will just yes!. Be careful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All healthy choices but not a means to burn fat sorry : (Www@FoodAQ@Com

u need A LOT more proteinWww@FoodAQ@Com
