I'm in restaurant business, is CVP chicken better than Ice pack? do I get more weight of CVP chicken?!
The net weight of Ice pack chicken seems very high, front box lable says net weight 79Lb for 3 lb chicken times 22 chickens in one box edual 66Lb not 79Lb, does manufactures add ice and lable total weight including ice!? Vs!. CVP chickens are match to lableWww@FoodAQ@Com

Matthew: your answer was wrong ice pack chicken is not better quality chicken, it is less quality chicken, because the higher chance of cross contamination's, ice pack chicken is growing 1 million Bactria every hour if temperature dropped below 40 degrees, cvp chicken is higher quality, ice pack chicken contains a lot of water and when you heat it , it looses double the amount of contained water and shrinks more than cvp chicken which contain 4% water vs!. ice pack contain12% waterWww@FoodAQ@Com
