it's pureed wheatgrass!. It's just really young wheat, while it's still in it's grass phase!.
If you've ever been to a healthfood place that makes drinks/smoothies you might see what looks like a patch of sod/grass growing in a small tray behind the counter!. That's the wheatgrass!.
