by far Cherry Salad
1 can dark sweet cherries
1 can chunk pineapple
2pints whipping cream
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 pkg marshmallows
beat cream cheese till softened add the cherry juice slowly, meanwhile drain the pineapple!. when juice has been blended well into the cream cheese add the drained pineapple and the cherries and set it aside!. in another bowl beat the whipping cream till stiff!. fold in cream cheese/fruit mixture add the marshmallows cover and let sit overnight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'd be lucky to find any salad in the shops!. Everyone goes crazy - as soon as a little warm weather comes BANG - "must buy salad" - resulting in absolutely no salad left in any shop!.

A green salad with loads of different vegetables (for example lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, carrot sticks etc) with baby mozzarella and a lemon olive oil dressing and a roasted chicken breast on the side!. And some garlic bread!.!.!. yum yum =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
