Question: Is the "five a day" campaign another Government con!? How do Eskimos get their target of different fruit / veg
Answers:
they use frozen veg lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

You don't need your five a day, it's just a recomendation for a healthy diet!.

As for whether Eskimos get this, in many areas where resources are low their average life span can be about 30-35 years, in over areas it's longer due probably to trade with others, such as the canadian inuits whose lifespans can be between 50-60 years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eskimos pretty much live on blubber and various meats!.!.!. cured, dried, frozen, etc!. Their traditional diet is high in Omega 3 fatty acids!.!.!. they don't die of heart attacks or cancer, and they don't have the dental problems that comes with our industrialized diet!.

Your average American lives on a lot of processed crap!.
Adding your "5 a day" is not really much at all!.
Consider having a small apple or ziplock pouch of grapes or carrots, or raisins as snacks throughout the day!. How about a fruit smoothie or a salad!?
It will help quicken the transit time through your digestive tract!. It will give you a lot more energy!.
The more, the better, actually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends, really!. I could do with losing several hundred pounds and since I started eating my Five-A-Day I've lost a stone without really trying!.

They're not quite so nice without the butter, but, what the heck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seal meat is rich in vitamins!. also, their diet excludes a lot of the crap we eat, very little sugar for example!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
