Answers:
don`t see why not, I have reheated chilli a few times and not been ill, I think they are just being careful because kidney beans are poisonous if not cooked properly, even out of a tin they can make mistakesWww@FoodAQ@Com

they say that because they can get mushy!.
or they may even dissolve

they will not make you sick or anything like that I do this all of the time

I do tend to try to use the dried ones and soak them myself
they do not get so mushyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can reheat it - if it's in a chili or stew!.
If you were to heat them on their own and then reheat them they would dry up and go yucky!. It wouldn't cause food poisoning!.
I always freeze home made chili - it's fine, don't worry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can its they are perfectly safe, they are only poisonous in there natural state and they are cooked bfore they are sold to the public in the first place!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
