Dark meat tends to be the stronger, working muscles which get a higher blood flow!. In a chicken, that's legs!. In a goose, the breast meat is dark since the wings do so much work!.

their is a difference between dark meat and red meat all poultry (chicken and turkey) has dark and white meat the dark meat is simply the meat dark in color hence "dark meat" red meat is beefWww@FoodAQ@Com
