salt gives it flavor and the more flavorful it is the more of it you will buy!.
I once contacted the Slim fast company!.!. about the amount of sodium (salt) in there drinks _ one can had about 1/3 of my daily sodium!.!.!.!.and the reply I got was well it has that much salt to be considered a full meal!.
so basically she was saying that if you follow our meal plan then you will get 100% of your daily sodium!.!. whether you want that much or not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
