Is eating meat at each meal healthy for you?!


Question: Is eating meat at each meal healthy for you!?
I know about the food pyramid, but doesn't all that protein seem to be excessive!?

go to mypyramid!.gov and enter your information and it'll tell you how much you should eat for your age, weight etc!. Try to limit the red meat you eat and instead of meat at three meals eat meat at one or two meals and eat beans or tofu for your protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it's the "starring role" at each meal, then that's WAY too much!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Usually I only eat meat once a day, sometimes I don't eat meat for a couple days!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Just a preference, I know that meat does have a LOT of saturated fat: but so does the cheese in my cheese enchiladas on my "off meat days"!.!.!.!.!.!.I try and balance that Food Pyramid like a see-saw, sometimes it gets off balance!.!.!.!.!.!.We all have our guilty pleasures, but in moderation, it's all good!.!.!.!.!.!.Enjoy!!!

yes, meat is one of the most important foods!. without protein, you don't have all the nutrients you need for the day!. you need some of everything to be COMPLETELY healthy!. don't listen to vegetarians!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think if you eat meat at every meal it can't be too good for you!. It's like anything if you eat too much of it you can just get sick of it!. Eat a variety of food and maybe balance fish and meat!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

actually your carbohydrates are your most important food group!. You can eat meat in every meal as long as the total amount of meat you eat in one day is no higher than 5!.5 ounces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
