I want to buy a blender like the Vitamix in London, England, can't get them here.. help please?!

I want to make mushy blended carrots and broccoli - chop raw carrots etc into 2 inch chunks, pour in a couple of spoons oil & vinegar, switch the blender on - 2 mins later out comes thick thick blended mushy vegetables - "drops" off the spoon, doesn't pour like thin soup!.!.!.

I don't want to buy over the net and you can't get these in the UK any more, thanks for any info or advice which UK blender will do this and where to buy it in London!Www@FoodAQ@Com
