Island Farm Milk?!

Question: Island Farm Milk!?
Hello, I am in BC and I drink the Island Farm milk!. Can you explain me what is the difference between 1% and 2% in partly skimmed milk!? Plus, there are the letters m!.f!. What do they refer to!? And what is homo milk!?!?

Thanks so much!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
m f stands for mlk fat, and 1 and 2 is the percentage of milk fat in the milk!. Homogenized milk or whole milk has around 3 and a half %!.
Go Island Farms, they're the only dairy I buy here on the Island! (especially love the ice cream, lol)Www@FoodAQ@Com
