What would happen to someone if they ate no carbohydrates for one month?!

your body can only store 2 days worth of carbohydrates!.
after that all the carbs you take in that are not needed to produce energy in your body are stored as fat!.
if you don't eat ANY carbs then after day 2 of this your body starts living off the stored fat you have!. if you don't have much stored fat then it will start eating at the muscle!.
If you are thinking about the atkins diet please read up on it!.

Not eating carbs for a month - none at all - will make you sick!
The body needs all the nutrients in a balanced diet - carbs and fat too!. If you want to loose weight, you'll need to eat different nutrients at different times - and obviously reducing some (f!.ex!. fat), but you can't CUT any of them without loosing at the loosing battle!! (So to speek)
By the way - ketosis makes the entire body emit an odoeur similar to bad breath (and drying cat poo - I have (sadly) recently found out!)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lots of health problems!.!.although i do appreciate avoidance of complex carbs such as rice,noodles and bread,i woudnt even pretend to suggest avoiding simple carbs such as those found in fruits,veggies,beans,dairy foods and grains!.!.!.you can lose lots of weight quickly(which i guess no one woudnt appreciate)but its still not healthy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
