Does drinking milk help u grow?!

Question: Does drinking milk help u grow!?
Answers:
Probably it has lots of calcium and vitamins that are really good for ur bones and don't believe notmilk!.com bunch of lies!. so yeah if ur bones r strong it will increase the chance of making u grow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The calcium in milk helps your bones to grow but you don't have to limit yourself to cow's milk for calcium!. You can drink goat's milk, rice milk, almond milk, or soy milk for your calcium intake to help your bones to continue growing but you have to be a child (under 21) for bone growth!.

As you get older (21 and older) you need to think about keeping your bones strong so that they don't shrink as much when you get much older!. Drinking milk of any kind will help you to do that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your bones are basically calcium!. Since milk contains calcium, it does help in a way because it helps to ensure that the bones are strong when they grow!. I wouldn't say that your bones wouldn't grow without it, but they wouldn't be strong enough to support anything without the right amount of calcium!. You have to get some vitamin D too though, because your body needs it in order to absorb calcium!.!.!.that's why most milk is fortified with vitamin D!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
