Kartoffelsalat (potato salad), Sauerkraut, Schnitzel and potato pancakes with applesauce------yummy!.
Stroganoff is not German!. We eat Geschnetzeltes---which looks alike, but tastes different and is made with heavy cream instead of sour cream and pork instead of beef!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lebkuchen!. Always!. I'd eat them all year round if I could, but just open up a lovely Weinachsmarkt tin and there you go: hello Christmas!. Oh, and those lovely ones with Jam in them too! I also love Rye bread, once I went to this great wine tasting session where we all drank copious amounts of wine and soaked it up with fantastic rye bread!. Highly recommended!Www@FoodAQ@Com
