HELP! why wont my whipped cream come out right??!?!?!

Question: HELP! why wont my whipped cream come out right!?!?!!?!!?
i took heavy cream, organic sugar, and imitation vanilla extract!. i put them all together and blended it with an electric mixer!. but then it turns out all cottage cheese like!!! help!! what am i doing wrong!?[email protected]@Com

First of all you need to get air into the heavy whipping cream (to get this you need whisk it in) and then gradually add in the sugar and vanilla!. The bowl that you use have be kinda cold!.!.!.I've tried it not cold and it came out with the same consistency!. Dont over mix it or else you'll end up with butter!.[email protected]@Com

keep whipping it until it turns light and fluffy :)

sorry if i'm wrong!.!.!.!. i'm not a cook, but this is my most educated guess[email protected]@Com

Is the cream spoiled!?[email protected]@Com

if you beat whipped cream too much the fat turns to butter and clumps up like that!.

don't mix it so much!.

also vanilla is suspended in alcohol and too much can curdle milk[email protected]@Com

stop sucking the nitrus out of the can![email protected]@Com

Organic sugar and imitation vanilla!? Strange combo!.[email protected]@Com

heavy cream not cold enough!. try placing the bowl in an ice bathe while mixing[email protected]@Com

this makes me mad! you guys act like this is the worst situation ever, because your whipped cream wont come out right, then there was a question i just asked that matters to this world about a girl who doesnt know what to do and her cat is dying! sheesh just make some new whipped cream![email protected]@Com

Are you adding too much vanilla!. Try not to use more than a half teaspoon!. also, I usually freeze the mixing bowl for about a half hour before making to keep it from getting too warm!.[email protected]@Com

pun is right the sugar and vanilla need to added after the cream is whipped and over whipping can cause lumps!. you can probably rescue this by getting some more cream reserve a little for thinning the clumpy stuff!. Whip the new cream and see if you can rescue the clumpy stuff with the liquid cream!.[email protected]@Com

try putting the mixing bowl in the freezer for 30 minutes before you make your next batch!.[email protected]@Com

be careful, it might turn to butter[email protected]@Com
