Will i lose weight eating this way?!


Question: this is what i had throughout the day today. i'm trying to get leaner and lose a few pounds will this work?

one hard boiled egg
2 apples
one orange
strawberries
grapes
a salad with fat free italian dressing
40 whole wheat crackers
a little bit of reduced fat peanut butter on some of the crackers
a bowl of cherrios with skim milk
6 bottles of water

exercise:
5minutes of running in place
200 crunches of different types
20 push ups
20 squats
streches

will i see results if i keep this up?

Sounds good as far as calories and the food pyramid (good variety -- peanut butter for protein!) You will definitely see results. If you look up how many calories you eat in a day, how many you burn off naturally, than how many you burn off doing push ups and stuff, whatever is left is what you will gain. If it is negative, the opposite! 3500 cal = 1 pound, gained or loosed!

a trick that i learned to lose weight is if ur eating because ur bored or angry or sad, etc., then tap on ur forehead, hand , palm, etc. and if ur hungry , then eat one bit and chew twenty times. swallow and wait for a few min. if ur still hungry take another bite.

Im sure u probably will if u keep it all up ... i lost some weight and the tips that i always give people are to drink LOTS of water and just start eating everything in smaller portions.. it doesnt necessarely have to be "Healthy" stuff u can have a bit of everything jus in moderation :) GOOD LUCK!!

More than likely yes. I would take the 40 crakers down to about 25. Be sure to get enough vitamins and minerals plus protien. If your local store has them get Fuze drinks. Get the slenderize though. they only have about 4 calories and 0 carbs and sugar. Be sure to get 30 mins of physical activity

yeah but the weight wont saty off for along....see your body is going to go into starvation mode adn once you actually eat normal food...its going to save EVERY BIT of it that it can because its not gonna know when its going to get all those nutrients....sry but weight doesnt come off that fast..its a gradual thing that you need to do to little by little if u want your results to stay for a long time...not just a few weeks...while staying healthy, thats key :]

you might but i did not see much protein in what you ate and that is what give you energy to exercise and not wear yourself out

eat 300 calories for breakfast
400 for lunch
500 for dinner
150 for 2 snacks between each meal

cant get any easier than that

go to fitness magazines website for more tips

you need more protein and vegetables..and 40 crackers is alot..try just 10 a day. If your salad contains stuff like spinach , cauliflower, broccoli , bell pepper, tomatoes and lettuce then that's good..if you just eating lettuce well that's not good..try to vary your fruits and vegetables from day to day.
