I was very flamboyant when I flambèd but I don't chef anymore.
Flamboyant does actually mean 'to act like fire' or 'flame like'.

I've only ever tried it once Kirst - on a Christmas pudding but I was a bit of a whimp and didn't put much brandy on it to burn!!
