Where can I buy a huge stainless steel pot cheap for cooking a ton of mussels?

I love mussels. I want to cook like 40 of them for myself from time to time. I think I need a huge stainless steel pot and collander, am I right? Where is the best place to buy one for under $50? I'm so poor and need to find a good deal.
