if your an alcoholic bring up some beer in the party to get it goin if not an alcoholic
make sure you have some drinks e.g. pepsi, coke and any of those things
get some good music on in the party all of you guys have fun and rave to it.
For the sleepover if yur a girl you can do many things like make overs, doing each others hair, pillow fights and many more.
Tip- Make it as fun as possible it will be a great night

You could get black light markers and have everyone wear a plain white shirt (or provide them) so people can write all over each other under the black lights. Just try to get some black light poster too to make the room look really cool.
