How to Plan a Birthday Party?!


Question: How to Plan a Birthday Party?
Hi everyone...my daughter's birthday is in jan 2011 her 1st birthday..I am planning a winnie the pooh party theme party for her..when should I start planning and when should I get items for the party. I am a new mom and excited about planning wouldn't want to start too early or start too late.Also what kind of food should I serve the kids and adults. thanks for suggestions and advice..help new mom

I think that is too young for a birthday party , sure have a family party but to her it will make no difference.
