Answers:

chicken wings, terriyaki sticks, spear ribs, ribs, boneless chicken tenders, meat and cheese trays, pepperoni, etc.

Bags of chips or pretzels are always a hit. Maybe some tortilla chips and some yummy salsa will spice things up too! (But make sure the salsa stays on the counter where a mess is less likely to happen). For appetizers, try chicken nuggets, salads, small sandwiches, and maybe even oysters! For the main course, I liked your idea on hamburgers or chicken. Also try some salmon, turkey, and if you really want to be classy, steak.

Just have fun with it and pick out whatever you think is yummy! :)

For a main, I'd say go easy. Make a "bar". Hot dog bar, baked potato bar, nacho bar, taco bar...

I do this a lot. For dogs, put out the cold fixins in bowls and put hot chili and cheese sauce in a crock pot. If you do parties like this a lot, a double or triple crock pot are a great investment. The dogs, after cooked, can go in a chafing dish.

Baked potato, same idea. The potatoes, if baked in foil, will stay hot for quite some time, no chafing dish necessary.

What about: BBQ chicken, BBQ ribs, hamburgers, hotdogs, salad, nachos and dips, crisps, cupcakes,
