Party ideas for turning 14?!
I was thinking about going lazer tagging but it was $315 to reserve a paarty, and thats just the basic package:( and I think thats alot because im already asking for Uggs that are 180 bucks and it too much. I told my mom i wanted to go lazer tagging and she said ok, she just doesnt know the cost of it. If she says no, do you guys have any other ideas? im also thinking of havign a sleepover at then end with ONLY the girls.

It really depends what your Mom's budget is ... I am a Mum in Australia and try to stick to a budget of about $300 for a party for my kids.
The Lazar Tagging sounds fun @ $315 /14 people = $22.50 per person ... In itself this isn't too bad ..
But add food, drink & the Uggs onto this and it adds up!
If you REALLY want the party then maybe compromise on the Uggs (is it possible you can contribute some of the $ towards the Uggs?)
Having a sleepover with just the girls at the end sounds nice ~ keep it simple .. 'DIY pizza is always fun and simple ... provide bases and a few different toppings - ham, cheese, olives, capsicum, olives, mushrooms, pineapple etc ... and let the girls make their own ... follow with ice-cream and a movie ~ simple and cheap! :)
I would certainly ask your Mom (no harm in asking!) ... but these are some other ideas ~
Bowling/Mini Golf
Go-Carts
Rock-Climbing (indoor climbing centre!)
