It's usually a keychain that says something like, "Class of 2012 Prom" (Juniors are graduating next year...) Or it says, "I attended my junior prom 2011"....
I like the previous idea about the photo frame, but 200+ photo frames might be a lot. You might want to give everyone a small, cute gift back with a key chain, gift certificate (remember, it could be for a free homework day at school, lolz...or for ice cream?), and a prom remembrance ring (cheap rings are well...cheap?)
A custom made photo frame or even a generic one. Wine glasses might be a bit much for a junior prom. You should also consider gifts that are related to the theme of the party. I don't know the theme so I can't offer suggestions for that, but that's a good route to consider.
