James, how about you become a clever little genius!. Soak 8 skewers in water, peel 32 to 40 large shrimp!. Believe me it is quick and hassal free!.

Marinade for the Entree!. Juice of one lemon, quarter cup EVOO, teaspoon Dijon mustard, 8 good size cloves of finally chopped or crushed garlic, give it a good mix with a wisk or fork!. You will need a resealable container long enough for the skewers to fit!.

Once the skewers have soaked for a good hour or more, skewer shrimp on to the skewers four to five per skewer is more than enough, place in container, pouring marinade over them!. Into fridge while you prepare the next, turning every now and then!. When it's time you can BBQ these till the shrimp go that well known shrimp cooked color!. these can be served on a bed of rice boiled in chicken stock, with a few peas and shredded carrots about a quarter of a cup peas and carrots together for texture and color!.

For the main course, how about a whole snapper or two cleaned and scaled of course!. Stuff the inside with thyme, rosemary, slice of tomato, slice of lemon pinch of sea salt and pepper, a drizzle of EVOO, another squeeze of 1/2 lemon of each fish throw them on the BBQ **before you do your shrimp!. use the pan juices as your sauce on the fish!. Have some steamed veggies on the side, I would not consider potato, be a bit to heavy!.** BBQ your shrimp while you fish is cooking!.

Wine of your choice, doesn't matter if red or white or Rose, my choice is the Rose!.

Desert, I would still go with an orange and lemon sorbet

Enjoy, if your not into seafood I am sorry!. If you have any questions drop me a line here at Yahoo Ask a Question!.
