Answers:
Make a Mexican Chopped salad - all chopped up small!. Romaine, onions, green pepper, tomatoes, corn, black olives - you get the picture!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bring a main dish, since chili is the only one you've got so far!. The potato salad is kinda out there and needs something!. You could do pulled pork in a crock pot for sandwiches!.

Beef stew would be another good one, and let someone else worry about what goes with the potato salad!. You could do a beef casserole, tamale pie, lasagna, baked ziti, spaghetti with meatballs, just something hearty!. I'd steer clear of chicken or turkey, since you have the turkey chili already!.

I know this might sound funny, but I think your potluck menu is missing some "color"!. Picture the items that are listed, and imagine the "punch"and flavors something with some brighter hues would contribute to the effort! I did some research, and found a recipe that I find so appealing, I will be testing it out this weekend for a get together! It's just perfect with the fresh vegetables, colors, and filling factor of the pasta!.

It's described as: "an inventive cook, transforms her favorite cold pasta salad into this warm, hearty side dish," AND it has bacon!.!. EVERYONE LOVES BACON :) Here's the link:

I agree with you need something that will go with potato salad!. You already have chili and cornbread and the drinks and dessert so now you need something else that people will have to choose from!. Have you thought about ARAM sandwiches!? They are so good!. They would be a lighter fare for those that don't want a heavy chili!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay are you taking this pre Halloween!?!?!? You need an appitizers and Hot Dog mummies would compliment that meal!. We did almost this same meal last week and church!. Take cocktail wiennes and wrap them with cut cresent rolls, leave enough room for the face and when they are done draw little eyes using mustard!. They are the saem thing as "pigs in a blanket" but it puts a creative twist on this appitzer!
