Answers:
You can do a makeover and get one of your friends or two to help you out, and you and your friends can give the girls makeovers doing their hair, make-up, manicures, and pedicures!. Then take pictures of them in front of a backdrop, a white sheet with some props like boas, sunglasses, hats, etc and having fun with their "new" look!

Being she likes volleyball and has a summer birthday take advantage of the nice weather and do an outdoor party with lots of fun and games!

Have some relay races with potato sack races, three legged races, wheelbarrel races, etc!.

Set up a volleyball net and let them play volleyball and badmitten!.

Waterballoon fights!

Get an inflatable kiddie pool and fill it with water or mud or something and break them into 2 teams and have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool then has to be hosed off!

Have a pie eating contest, but instead of pie, fill the tins with whipped cream and whoever finishes first, wins!

Get a pinata, everyone loves candy!. Go to the party store and get one that you think she'll like!. They have ones in the shape of volleyballs and shoes and purses!. In the same aisle they have what's called bags of pinata fillers, which are big bags of candy!. You can add extras that are her favorites too!.

Whatever theme of a party you do, set up an ice cream bar!. Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and any other favorite she has and some toppings!. Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cherries and have everyone make their own sundaes!.

You can do a movie night and set down a red carpet or fabric so when the girls enter it's like they're entering on the red carpet!. Then get some black foamboard or some playwood and paint it black!. Then, in silver paint, paint her name and birthday and surround it with clear stringed Christmas lights, and her name will be in lights like a real movie marquee!

Then, go to Blockbuster and get those cardboard popcorn buckets, get one for each girl and then get those big boxes of movie popcorn, at movie time, give each girl their own bucket of popcorn and let them pass around and share the candy!.

Then, set up the white sheet as a backdrop and get some props, like boas, hats, sunglasses, etc, and let her and her friends pose in front of the sheet and have fun with the props and each other!. They'll have fun with it and the pictures they take will be great!

After the movie is the "after" party where it's time for food, cake, ice cream bar, and presents and whatever games and things you have planned!.

What you can do is go to the crafts store and get some blank frames, get one for each girl, they're the ones you decorate and get some paint, glitter, and movie stickers and let the girls decorate them!. They can take them home and put their favorite picture from the party in them!

If the girls are sleeping over, I would tell them to bring their blankets and pillows so they can lounge out and relax while watching the movies!.

also, when it comes to food, I wouldn't follow any themes!. There's no sense in serving food that everyone may not like or that you normally don't eat because it follows a theme!. Have the food that is her favorite!. If she loves pizza, have that, if she loves tacos, do a taco bar with all the toppings, if she loves fried chicken, get KFC, it's her Birthday and she should have her favorite foods, not something that she may or may not like because it fits a theme!. Chances are, you'll all be happy that you went with her favorites because you'll all like the food much better!

also make sure to have plenty of chips and snacks!

I hope some of these ideas help and that your sister has a great party and a very Happy Birthday!Www@FoodAQ@Com
