I have two!.!.!.12 month aged Manchego from Spain, and 2 year aged pecorino Romano!. Both are hard rind cheeses, Manchego has a sweet nutty flavor, and Romano has a very sharp flavor!. I love them with fresh heirloom tomatoes drizzled in really good olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sharp crumbly cheddar, aged stuff, oh and that cream cheese they sell down the road that is totally rolled in chopped red chilli, the kids can't touch it, ha ha! A good camembert is hard to pass by!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
