We are having a Pork Roast, Deviled Eggs, Broccoli Casserole, Cheesy Potatoe Casserole, and Coconut Pineapple Cake for Dessert. YUM!

Well maybe you could have a roast dinner. And then have chocolate eggs for dessert?

I am roasting a leg of lamb, and I am making (Pernil) spanish roast pork for my aunt. I haven't decided about my sides yet. Perhaps potato salad; or red potatoes roasted in garlic & butter; maybe creamed spinach; maybe broccoli, rice, and cheese casserole. I would like asparagus, but no one would eat it except for me. I might make either a tres leche cake or a louisian crumb cake for dessert.

I am making a brown sugar, honey and pinapple juice glazed ham with smashed potatoes, creamed spinach, steamed whole green beans, cauliflower in cheese sauce, deviled eggs and a coconut cake.
