Parents wont plan 10 yr old sisters party?!

Question: my parents haven't been very good with birthdays. my little sisters 8th birthday last july didnt get planned, and at the last minute, she took ONE friend to dave and busters and we called my cousins but it was too short notice because they like a couple hours away to dave and busters.

my last bday in october was SO last minute, but at least i had one (2 friends to the pumpkin batch and dave and bsters)

well my othr sister turns 10 on the 17th of february, and my parents haven't even began to give it any of a thought yet!

what should i do?
should i take it into my own hands?
i don't know if i can because i don't have any money (okay, well i have a 20$ gift card to the mall, but i got it for christmas and i want to use it), and i don't know how much my parents are willing to pay or when they are free (for no meetings, errands, sportgames on tv, etc)

what should i do, im only 14 i dont know how to budget a party!

Maybe you can approach your parents and remind them of the birthday for your sister and ask them if you can help them? You might get a good reaction to reminding them and offering to help.

yes plan it yourself make it a surprise ask your friends to help pay and invite them but just have a party and invite all of her friends to your house and hangout get cake piza candy baloons and chips

well when i was younger we use to hire a bouncy castle in the garden and invite all my friends it was really really fun
-it might cost a lot though
