Flour????????!


Question: what sort of flour do i use in this type of recipe...

Strawberry and cream bread

1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar (use if you want a sweeter bread)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups strawberries, fresh & coarsely chopped (do NOT use frozen) or fresh blueberries
3/4 cup walnuts (optional)

it doesn't state wat flour so do i use strong white bread flout bt then do i have to use yeast or do i use plain...???

All-purpose flour

No need for yeast - the baking powder acts as a rising agent in this one.
Just use All-purpose flour.
Regular flour will be alright. Never add any thing that the recipe does not ask for.
Just plain white flour should do.
i don't know if you have it over there but over here we would use self raisin flour
Just use plain as ur using baking powder /soda so won't need self raising:)
All purpose.
Plain flour, you have the baking powder for it to rise.
All purpose flour is what used when it does not call for specific flour in the recipe. I prefer using unbleached flour myself. If I use a European recipe I use more expensive flour and not the no brand store flour.
All-purpose flour and you don't need to add yeast.
Just plain flour
